★ RFS is a community owned, operated and supported organization. RFS was designed to provide a venue for the sharing of talents, skills and knowledge between community members.
★ RFS hopes that the sharing of skills across communities will provide economic and personal power to its residents. By sharing skills and empowering residents, communities gain a collaborative ‘do it yourself’ spirit, allowing each resident to maximize his or her economic resources.
